APPOINTMENTS & ARRIVALPlease arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For new clients, please allow 10-15 minutes to accommodate completion of your client profile. Late arrival will limit the time for your massage, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation 24 hours prior to your arrival.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONSYour health and well-being are important to us. Please notify our staff of any special physical conditions or medical needs for consideration prior to your massage (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications).
