Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For new clients, please allow 10-15 minutes to accommodate completion of your client profile.

Late arrival will limit the time for your massage, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged.

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Please give us as much notice as possible should you need to cancel your appointment.

Your health and well-being are important to us. Please notify our staff of any special physical conditions or medical needs for consideration prior to your massage (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications).

We accept all major credit cards and cash payments.

We offer a range of massage services including Traditional Thai Massage, Ashiatsu, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Couples, and our Siam Signature Massage which is a customized combination of our techniques. Each session is tailored to meet your specific needs.

While we do accept walk-ins, we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure availability.

You can wear whatever makes you comfortable. Our therapists are trained to drape you appropriately to ensure your privacy and comfort throughout the session.

Yes, we offer gift cards customized to any amount you wish to give. They can be purchased online or at our studio.
